Settlement Recovery Services, LLC (SRS) was formed by EnableCare Group to assist physicians in the recovery of lost revenue from the settlement of class action suits against insurers that have inadequately reimbursed for insured care delivery.
These settlements usually require specialized review of billing and accounting records, the identification of specific non/under payment, and the submission of specific forms and documentation. Due to this complexity, most practices are unwilling to invest the time to file, let alone optimize, their recovery of denied compensation under the terms of the settlement.
SRS has only one mission - to recover the maximum compensation due to each of our clients under the terms of each settlement. SRS is not involved in any other business that may compete for the time or focus of its management and associates.
